RETURN POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this period, your order is automatically forwarded to our fulfilment team for processing and preparation for shipment. Once processing has begun, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with the Return Policy below.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Bennett & Co Perth, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The return period expires 30 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive your order.

- The reason for your return (optional, but appreciated)
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please note that the return address may differ depending on the product and the fulfilment centre from which your order was dispatched.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item should:
- Be in good condition
- Be free from damage caused after delivery
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible
- Include all accessories, tags, and components where applicable
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical retail store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functionality, a reduction in the refund amount may apply where permitted by law.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Bennett & Co Perth cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.
- Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or other fees associated with returning the parcel.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is refused upon delivery or is not collected and is subsequently returned to us or our fulfilment partner, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping charges
- Handling fees
- Logistics costs
from the final refund amount where permitted by law.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after:
- Receiving the returned product, or
- Receiving valid proof that the return has been shipped (where applicable).
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
