We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to help support our boutique in the heart of Perth CBD.

As our boutique continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for fashion and enjoys creating a welcoming in-store experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll become an important part of our boutique team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Providing styling advice and helping customers find the perfect outfit
  • Assisting customers with sizing and product recommendations
  • Operating the point-of-sale system and processing purchases
  • Keeping the boutique beautifully presented throughout the day
  • Restocking merchandise and organising displays
  • Assisting with new arrivals and seasonal collections
  • Helping prepare the store for promotions and special events
  • Working closely with our family team to deliver exceptional customer service

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
  • Passion for fashion and styling
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well organised
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Available to work weekdays and occasional weekends
  • Full Australian working rights
